CoilMate/Dickerman Combination Press Feed Equipment
When floorspace is at a premium
CoilMate®/Dickerman's rugged steel weldment cabinet/frame combination provides a sturdy machine foundation for the combination Stock Reel and Power Straightener. Fabricated expansion arms are self-centering. The three-arm mandrel design provides durable support and superior loading access for coil hooks, slings or tynes. A link type expansion mechanism affords ample range and leverage for adjustment ease. Manual expansion is accomplished from the front by a convenient, fold away crank handle. A disc type air drag brake is adjustable by pneumatic regulator to control over run.
Dickerman® 12CRS Combination Stock Reel and Powered Straightener
All six keepers are adjustable across the full mandrel width for ready positioning of coils and are of the locking, slide on type for ease of use and lasting rigidity. The Combination Stock Reel Power Straightener unit is built in compliance with ANSI B11.18 standards which have been adopted by OSHA as safety guidelines for coil processing machinery.

The system integrates a job-proven 12" ServoMatic IV servo feed with a rugged Model 12CRS Combination Reel/Straightener in a compact, price driven package. Offers quick changeover, threadup and easy operation with operator-oriented keypad programming. Generous 12" wide x .078" thick x 3,000 lbs. capacities.

The Econo-Pal® integrated pallet decoiler feeding system is the ideal choice for narrow width, light gauge material stamping. Includes the timesaving PressPal® decoiler, dependable Economy Flip-Top straightener and high-productivity ServoMatic LT® roll feed.
